Ingredients
  

  • 1 2 cups finished milk kefir

Instructions
 

  • Pour finished kefir into a cheesecloth-lined strainer over a bowl.
  • Let strain for 4–24 hours depending on desired thickness.
  • Transfer thickened kefir cheese to a container.
  • Store in the fridge for up to 1 week.
